Following publication of the EDPB's register of one stop shop decisions, which can be found here, Global Data Review has published a useful visual breakdown of the enforcement outcomes which shows an interesting trend. Despite media perception, fines are still being used relatively infrequently....
The EDPB report shows that outcomes of all completed cross-border GDPR cases so far shows that fines are seemingly quite rare: the most likely outcome is a finding that there was no violation.
